A Jackknifed trailer in the cajon pass caused delays Thursday

CAJON PASS, Calif. (VVNG.com) — A crash involving a jackknifed travel trailer created delays in the cajon pass on Thursday.

It happened at about 3:00 pm, December 12, 2019, on the southbound I-15 freeway, near the runaway truck ramp.

For reasons still unknown, the driver of a Ford Excursion lost control of the vehicle and jackknifed along the shoulder of the center divider in the pass.

Several hours later a CHP patrol unit remained on scene with a tow-truck as they continued to clear the crash. Information on injuries was not available at the time of this article.
