737 airplane catches fire at SCLA in Victorville

VICTORVILLE, Calif. (VVNG.com) – The Victorville Fire Department is on scene of an aircraft fire at the Southern California Logistics Airport (SCLA) Monday.
According to scanner traffic, the aircraft is described as a decommissioned Boeing 737 airplane, scanner traffic reported.
A large cloud of black smoke was visible for several miles.
Just before 12:50 PM, fire officials declared they had the fire under control.
The cause of the fire is unknown at this time. There has been no report of injuries.
Southern California Logistics Airport is located at 18374 Phantom West, Victorville Ca 92394.
