50k reward offered for attempted armed robbery of Postal Worker in El Monte

EL MONTE, Calif. (VVNG.com) — The U.S. Postal Inspection Service is offering a reward of up to $50,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspects who attempted to rob a postal truck driver.

It happened at around 6:30 pm, on Monday, August 27, 2018, on the 60 east freeway on-ramp near Rosemead Street in South El Monte.

According to authorities, at least one of the suspects was holding a firearm at the time of the attempted robbery.
