VICTORVILLE, Calif. (VVNG.com) Deputies and San Bernardino County Probation Officers conduct a DUI Warrant Sweep that resulted in the arrest of five wanted subjects.
The sweep was conducted between the hours of 9:00 am- 5:00 pm., on Wednesday, June 28, 2017.
The joint operation consisted of 11 law enforcement officers, working together to serve several arrest warrants throughout the city of Victorville.
During the operation, several pro-active traffic stops were also conducted for multiple traffic violations. Those stops resulted in several citations being issued and one vehicle being towed for registration that had been expired for several years.
“The focus was to contact and arrest those individuals with outstanding arrest warrants for driving under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, as well as other violations,” stated sheriff’s officials in a press release.
