4 Arrested in Connection With Hesperia Home Invasion

HESPERIA, Calif. ( Detectives, SWAT, CHP & West Covina PD arrested the four suspects wanted for a home invasion robbery that occurred in Hesperia early Wednesday morning.

On June 21, 2017, at about 3:40 am, four armed suspects forced entry into a residence in the 15000 block of Sycamore Street and tied up the occupants.

The suspects ransacked the home stealing property and eventually fled the scene in a Chevy Suburban also belonging to the victims. At about 5:00 am, CHP officers located the vehicle parked in front of a residence in West Covina.

“Several male subjects were near the vehicle and fled on foot when they saw the officers approaching. Officers detained one male,” stated authorities.

On Wednesday, June 21, 2017 at approximately 10:00 a.m. Hesperia detectives, Specialized Enforcement Detail (SED), CHP and West Covina Police Department served a search warrant at a residence in the 200 block of Fircroft St. in West Covina.

During the service of the warrant, detectives recovered property belonging to the victims.

Four Hispanic males were taken into custody and were transported to Hesperia Station for interviews.

The investigation is ongoing and the names of arrestees will be released at the time of booking.
