3 Arrested For Possession of Stolen Property in Apple Valley

APPLE VALLEY, Calif.(VVNG.com)– A search warrant served at an Apple Valley home resulted in three arrests and the recovery of various stolen property.

Deputy David Moore from the Phelan substation developed information in regards to the theft of industrial solar panels. Moore conducted the investigation and identified a residence in Apple Valley that was related to the theft.

Moore secured a search warrant for the residence and it was served with members of the Victor Valley Station.

At about 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 23, 2016, deputies served a search warrant in the 24000 Block of Guajome Road.

During the service of the warrant, deputies located 11 solar panels, a stolen Honda Civic, drug paraphernalia and stolen property from a theft in Lucerne Valley.

Deputies arrested Ricky Stevens, 35, who was sought in connection with the theft of the solar panels. Matthew Martin, 27, and Shawna Harrington, 30, were arrested for possession of stolen property. The three suspects were booked at the High Desert Detention Center.
