According to a coroners press release, on 12/3/13 at 7:42 PM, Kevin Michael Lowe, age: 27 from Apple Valley, was struck by passing vehicles on Central Road north of Earlimart Road in Apple Valley. The San Bernardino County Fire Department paramedics pronounced him dead at the scene. The California Highway Patrol is investigating the incident.
