26-year-old airlifted after rollover crash on I-15 freeway

HESPERIA, Calif.(VVNG.com) – A Victorville man extricated from a rollover crash on the I-15 freeway was airlifted to a trauma center.

The accident was reported on Thursday, July 20, 2017, at 2:53 am, on the northbound I-15 Ranchero Road off-ramp.

According to the California Highway Patrol in incident logs, the vehicle, a silver 2004 Mitsubishi Lancer rolled over multiple times.

San Bernardino County Fire requested an air ambulance for a 26-year-old male with head trauma, a broken left arm, and many other abrasions.

The Ranchero Road on-ramp was temporarily closed in order to allow emergency vehicles and personnel to treat the male.

Officers from the California Highway Patrol-Victorville Division are investigating the cause of the crash.

No other injuries were reported as a result of the crash.
