$25k in cash stolen from Dairy Queen off of I-40 in Ludlow

LUDLOW, Calif. (VVNG.com) — The Barstow Sheriff’s Station is asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect involved in the burglary of a Dairy Queen.

On July 9, 2018, at approximately 2:39 am, an unknown male suspect used a tire iron to force entry through the drive-through window of the Dairy Queen located at 26535 Crucero Road, off of Interstate 40.

According to a news release, the suspect used a tire iron to pry open a locked desk and took over $25,000 in cash from the deposit bags and cash drawers.

The suspect left the tire iron behind and fled the scene in a newer model red sedan with chrome rims, the front and back license plate numbers are unknown.
