APPLE VALLEY, Calif. (VVNG.com) — Police arrested two homeless people after they allegedly robbed a 24-year-old Apple Valley man for his clothing and shoes.
It happened at about 1:00 am on November 9, 2019, in the area of Highway 18 and Navajo Road in Apple Valley.
