2 men arrested for stealing metal piping from an abandoned dairy

EL MIRAGE, Calif. (VVNG.com) Two men were arrested for stealing metal piping from an abandoned dairy in El Mirage, officials said.

On Tuesday afternoon two employees with the Pinon Hills Water District located Donald Feist, 49, and Mike Wunscel, 51, on the abandoned dairy farm located in the area of Sheep Creek and El Mirage Roads.

The location is an abandoned dairy farm, with numerous metal pipes on the property.

“The two suspects entered a secure building and took metal from inside, before being stopped by the employees,” sheriff’s officials said.

Deputies from the Phelan and Adelanto Station’s responded to the location and detained Feist and Wunscel. Both arrested and booked into the High Desert Detention Center for PC 459, Burglary.
