15-Freeway Accidents Create Traffic Nightmare for Commuters

CAJON PASS:(VVNG.com)- If you are planning on commuting “down the hill” this Friday morning be advised the southbound 15 freeway is still crawling from Ranchero to Kenwood.
The cause for the delays was due to multiple accidents that occurred several hours ago.
At about 7:25 AM a sigalert was issued due to a multi vehicle collision at Kenwood that resulted in one vehicle to flip over and land on its roof.
Caltrans District 8 tweeted advising commuters to avoid travel until the accidents were cleared up.
As of 9:30 AM CHP incident logs show no active accidents on the logs. However traffic is still congested for several miles and you can expect delays.
No restrictions or traffic reported on the northbound side of the freeway.
