13-Year-Old Arrested After Allegedly Spraying Victim With Fire Extinguisher in Victorville
VICTORVILLE, Calif. (VVNG.com) — A 13-year-old juvenile was arrested following an assault with a weapon investigation early Monday morning in Victorville.
The incident was reported at about 1:39 a.m., on May 4, 2026, in the 14400 block of Begonia Road.
According to Victorville Police Department Public Information Officer Socorro Cuevas, the juvenile became upset over an iPad and walked out of the residence.
Cuevas said the juvenile grabbed a fire extinguisher, discharged it, and later sprayed a victim in the face. The juvenile then ran to a desert field north of the location, picked up several rocks, and threw them at the victim, striking them in the chest.
The spokeswoman did not disclose the relationship between the victim and the juvenile.
The juvenile was arrested and booked at the High Desert Juvenile Detention and Assessment Center in Apple Valley.
