CAJON PASS, Calif. (VVNG.com) — A driver was killed in a rollover crash on the I-15 freeway in the Cajon Pass Tuesday night.
It happened on November 5, 2019, at about 8:11 pm on the southbound 15, south of Highway 138.
According to the California Highway Patrol incident logs, a vehicle, possibly a black Audi 2-door coupe was driving reckless prior to the crash.
People who stopped to help the driver reported there was no pulse and major head trauma. First responders arrived on scene and pronounced the solo-occupant deceased at the scene.
At 8:25 pm a Sig Alert was issued for a closure of the left two lanes from Oak Hill Road to Highway 138, per the logs.
Officers are collecting evidence and investigating the crash as they wait for the coroners to arrive.
