Woman’s Body Found in Hesperia Civic Plaza Park

HESPERIA, Calif.(VVNG.com)–  Sheriff’s were investigating the death of a 49-year-old woman whose body was found Wednesday in a Hesperia park.

The body was found about 9:06 a.m. at Hesperia Civic Plaza Park in the 15800 block of Smoketree Street, according to Hesperia Sheriff’s Spokeswoman Karen Hunt.

A city employee called dispatch referencing body near the water fountain in front of the movie theaters.

Authorities responded to the scene and located the unresponsive female.

Medical personnel arrived and confirmed the death at 9:20 a.m.

The coroners arrived on scene just before 11 a.m. and determined the cause of death to be natural, pending further investigation.
