VVAPL Holds Food Drive, Free Pet Adoptions

VVAPL Humane Society will be holding their 3rd Annual Holiday Dry Dog and Cat Food Drive starting  Monday, November 21 until December 31, 2016.

Their goal this year is to collect 7,500 pounds of food, in which all brands of dry dog and cat food are accepted, and every $1 donated counts as 2 pounds of food.

The humane society feeds an average of 100 pets daily, going through close to 2000 pounds of dry dog and cat food every month at a cost of $1,000.

Since 2014, over 100 cats and dogs have found their forever homes FREE of charge because of the Holiday Food Drive.

Dog adoptions include vaccines, spay/neuter and microchip. Cat adoptions include vaccines and spay/neuter.

Donate food and help a pet find their forever home. (Check website below for restrictions.)

VVAPL Humane Society is a nonprofit located at 21779 Zuni Road in Apple Valley.
