Volunteer In Your Community

“Why am I here?” How many of us have asked ourselves that question?  One way to live your life with a purpose is to perform volunteer work in your community.

The Rescue Mission Alliance is a Christian Non-Profit organization ministering to the needs of the less fortunate in Southern California through emergency and long-term rehabilitation services.

The Rescue Mission Alliance has served the homeless for more than 38 years. It has grown from the first location on 6th Street in Oxnard to multiple locations in four counties throughout Southern California. Several distinct programs are offered at multiple locations, which provide a total Continuum of Care for addressing the needs of the hungry, homeless, and destitute.

Volunteers bring essential services to every Rescue Mission Alliance outreach ministry. Each year, thousands of people offer their time, talent, and goodness of heart to outreach projects, to help make a difference in the lives of the hurting and the homeless.

We have an opportunity to volunteer at the Thrift Store and San Bernardino County Fair and several other ministries. Something for everyone.

For more information call the office at (760) 955-5958 and we can assist you. Please visit our website to sign up.
