Victorville Man Arrested for Forging a DMV Document

VICTORVILLE-(  A 37-year-old Victorville man was taken into custody last week after allegedly forging a DMV document. Authorities said that Bryant Norman went to the Victorville Police Department on Thursday to request the release of a towed vehicle.

Norman, the registered owner of the vehicle presented a temporary Driver’s License to the clerk at the station. After looking over the temporary license the clerk and Sergeant believed that the document was tampered with or forged.

The suspicion was verified after the Department of Motor Vehicles were contacted and they verified that Norman was not issued a temporary License. He was taken into custody at the Victorville Police Department and booked into the High Desert Detention Center.

Norman was released on Friday, May 13th at 6:03 p.m. and has no court appearances scheduled at this time.
