Two Injured in Major Damage Traffic Collision

HESPERIA-(VVNG.com):  Deputies from the Hesperia station and medical personnel responded to a major damage traffic collision on Main Street and Pyrite Avenue Monday afternoon at around 12:43 p.m.  Upon arrival they located a white 4-door Kia sedan and overturned gold Toyota Sienna.

Two suffered from minor injuries sustained in the collision and were transported to Desert Valley Hospital for treatment. The cause of the collision is still under investigation, but the weather is believed to be a factor.

Motorists are reminded to reduce speeds in windy, rainy or foggy weather conditions. Roads can become slick due to the rain mixing with a mixture of tire residue, oil, and grease on the roadway. Also, when windshield wipers are running you must run your headlights day or night.
