Three Teens Arrested After Crashing a Stolen Vehicle Into a Wall

VICTORVILLE-(VVNG.com): Three teens were arrested after crashing a stolen vehicle into the wall of a storage unit early Friday morning. On Thursday, April 7th at around 6:05 a.m. a residential burglary was reported on the 13400 block of Anchor Drive in Spring Valley Lake.

A deputy from the Victor Valley Station responded to the home and learned the residence woke up to find that their home was burglarized during the night. Items were taken from the home, including a van. Victor Valley Sheriff Station Spokeswoman Pam Hoffman told Victor Valley News that the suspects entered the residence through an unlocked window.

On Thursday night, the three teen suspects went to a party at an apartment in the 13000 block of Third Avenue in Victorville in the stolen van, San Bernardino County Sheriff’s officials said. During the party, they were involved in an altercation and the suspects left the party in the stolen van. While attempting to leave, the driver crashed into the wall of a storage unit at around 2:35 a.m. on Friday morning.

When the deputy arrived she located the vehicle and learned that it was the same vehicle stolen from Anchor Drive. The investigation led to 19-year-old Fullerton resident Gilbert Falgo, and 16 and 17-year-old males from Victorville.

Gilbert Falgo was booked at the High Desert Detention Center on charges of possession of stolen property, criminal threats, burglary and receiving stolen property. He is currently being held in lieu of $100,000 bail.

Both of the juveniles were booked into San Bernardino Juvenile Hall on similar charges.
