HESPERIA, CA:(VVNG.com)- Authorities announced the arrest of three individuals following the discovery of a honey oil lab located in a Hesperia home.
On Thursday, September 15, 2016, at approximately 8:55 a.m., Deputies of the Hesperia Station were dispatched to assist US Marshals at a residence on the 10700 block of Arabian Court. US Marshals were at the location reference a case out of Pasadena.
During their contact, a suspect, later identified as 46-year-old Rafael Aguila pointed a loaded gun at officers at the scene. The suspect was detained without any injury to the officers.
Deputies obtained a search warrant for the residence and located two additional suspects in connection with a honey oil lab and honey oil for sales located inside the residence and garage.
All three suspects were arrested and booked at High Desert Detention Center.
Rafael Aguila, a prior felon was charged with attempted murder, false identification to an officer, assault with a deadly weapon, possession of a firearm; prohibited from owning ammunition and a warrant from Los Angeles.
Rafael Aguila, 23, and Christian Aguila, 19, were also arrested for manufacturing a control substance and possession of marijuana for sale.
This investigation is currently ongoing.
