On June 16th at 4:46 pm. Deputy LaFond of the Hesperia Sheriff’s Station was dispatched to a report of a possible squatter on the 17000 block of Alder Street.

The property manager for this commercial property arrived to find the locks on the doors changed and it appeared to be occupied.

Deputy LaFond responded to the location and made contact with 36-year-old Thomas Aaron Delsignore of Apple Valley.

Inside the location, evidence of a possible drug lab was realized. Additional investigation by deputies revealed a honey oil lab, with approximately $2000.00 worth of processed honey oil, a large amount of cash and THC lab equipment.

Suspect Delsignore was arrested without incident and booked at HDDC on charges of H&S11379.6(a)- THC lab. Butane honey oil labs are extremely unstable and can be very dangerous.

Delsignore is currently being held at the West Valley Detention Center in lieu of $500,000 bail. Delsignore is scheduled to appear in a Victorville courtroom on Monday, June 20th at 12:30 PM.
