Shots Fired In Victorville Bar, At Least One Person Wounded

VICTORVILLE, Calif: (VVNG.com) At least one victim was transported by air ambulance after sustaining a gunshot wound inside a local bar.

Nearly a dozen Victorville Sheriffs responded to the Smoke Wagon Saloon Bar on the 13000 block of Palmdale Road, just west of Cobalt Road, after several reports of gunshots were received at approximately 12:35 a.m. on Saturday morning.

The crowded bar was hosting a Hip Hop night when shots rang out, leaving at least one victim hit in the shoulder by a bullet, and at least one car’s window was visibly shot out.

The male victim was transported to an out of area hospital for treatment.

Per scanner reports, the suspect was described as a black male adult wearing a plaid beige shirt, no facial hair, and used a possible uzi style handgun with an extended magazine.

The deputies worked on clearing out the bar and collecting witness statements from everyone on scene.
