Public’s Help Wanted Identifying Armed Robbery Suspects

BREA: On March 24, 2014 at 6:33 PM Brea Police responded to the Goodwill Store at 634 S. Brea Bl, Brea regarding an armed robbery that had just occurred.

Two male subjects entered the store and loitered for approximately 30 minutes. One of the subjects approached the cashier as if to make a purchase. When the cashier opened the register the second suspect pulled a handgun from his waistband, which fired once into the floor. The suspects grabbed an unknown amount of cash and fled the store. They were last seen running southbound on Brea Bl.

Brea Police officers were assisted by a Fullerton Police K9 team in a search for the suspects, but they were not located.

The suspects are both described as being male, white or Hispanic, 5’10, with heavy builds. The suspect who fired the gun had tattoos on his throat and the back of his neck.
