Prank or Crime?

Victorville police responded to the area of Mojave drive & Cobalt at around 6:30 p.m., Monday, in response to a caller who reported  what appeared to be an organ on the sidewalk. It is unsure if the remains are of a human or  an animal, but the placement did seem rather strange.

A member of VVNG shared the following image, raising the question what is it? And where did it come from?
As of now the question remains, and we hope to have an answer soon. So tell us, what do you think it is?
