UPDATE: Authorities Arrest Man Wanted For Assaulting Disabled Teen

UPDATE 3/27 @ 11:00 AM – Shanon Hill, wanted for assaulting a developmentally disabled teen has been arrested and is in custody at WVDC.

On March 26, 2017, at approximately 9:28 p.m., Fontana Police Department located and arrested Shanon Hill. Hill was booked at West Valley Detention Center and is scheduled to appear in Victorville Superior Court on March 28, 2017.

VICTORVILLE, Calif. (VVNG.com) Deputies are seeking the public’s help in locating Shanon Hill wanted for assaulting a developmentally disabled teen.

On March 17, 2017, deputies from the Victorville Police Department responded to the 13600 block of Hamlet Court for a reported assault.

The victim’s father called 911 and said his 19-year-old, developmentally disabled, son had been attacked by his neighbor.

The suspect, Shanon Djon Hill, 23, a resident of Victorville, attacked the victim with an unknown object, striking him in the face.

Hill stole the victim’s cell phone and basketball before leaving the location prior to deputies arrival.

The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment of facial wounds.

Deputies are seeking the public’s help in locating the suspect. Hill has black hair, brown eyes, is 5’08” tall, and weighs approximately 158 pounds.
