Police Searching For “Maxi Pad Bandit”

UPDATE: According to officials, the “maxi pad bandit” is in custody. No additional, information is available at this time.

APPLE VALLEY:(VVNG.com)- Police are searching for a burglar labeled by the public as the “Maxi Pad Bandit”.

Victor Valley News member, Sergio Carrillo, posted surveillance photos of the burglar, with what appears to be a woman’s sanitary napkin wrapped around his forehead.

According to Carrillo, the break-in took place in broad daylight at the Battery Mart located at 21075 Bear Valley Road in Apple Valley. At approximately 6:30 P.M., on Monday, September 28, 2015 the suspect shattered the front glass door of the business and gained entry to commit the theft.
