Pedestrian Struck by Vehicle in Spring Valley Lake

SPRING VALLEY LAKE: (VVNG.com)- Police are searching for a vehicle involved in a hit-and-run on Saturday evening.

At about 5:20 PM, on June 4th dispatch received a report of a vehicle versus a pedestrian on the 13100 block of Schooner Drive in Spring Valley Lake.

Per scanner traffic, a black SUV, possibly a Nissan Armada or Xterra left the scene after striking the pedestrian. The SUV has extremely tinted windows and no front plate.

The pedestrian is a described as a younger male and he was transported by ground ambulance and later airlifted to an out of area trauma hospital. At this time the pedestrians injuries are unknown.
