Pedestrian hit by vehicle New Year’s Eve in Victorville airlifted

VICTORVILLE, Calif. (VVNG.com) — A pedestrian struck by a vehicle New Year’s Eve in Victorville was flown to a trauma center.

It happened at about 7:35 pm, in the area of Molino Drive and Sarasota Way.

San Bernardino County Fire was requested to respond for an auto versus pedestrian and located a male down near the sidewalk.

Firefighters requested County Helicopter H325 and airlifted the patient to a trauma center. The extent of his injuries was not known.

At this time it’s unknown if the vehicle involved in the incident remained at the scene.
