VICTORVILLE, Calif. (VVNG.com)- A 62-year-old Victorville man was arrested after he held his disabled wife against her will and threatened to kill her, authorities said.
On February 3, 2017, at 1:48 p.m. deputies from the Victorville Police Department, were dispatched to a residence on the 15600 block of Sueno Lane where a woman was reportedly being held against her will by the suspect, Ruben Contreras Bill.
