Local Places to View Christmas Lights

Mistletoe Lights show:  Come out to Phelan and see this awesome display of lights.

When? : Wed – Sunday 6pm to 9pm as long as weather permits. Santa is only there Friday and Saturday night.



Festival of Lights on Main Street Riverside:  The Festival of Lights continues through January 4, 2014, closing only on Christmas Day. As the largest holiday celebration in the region, the Festival has become a holiday tradition for families, visitors and groups alike.

Attractions include millions of holiday lights, animatronic displays of iconic holiday scenes, a 32-foot tree with LED lights, nightly live entertainment and an outdoor ice skating rink on Main Street between University and Mission Inn Avenues. Festival-goers can grab a cup of hot cocoa and warm, sugared donuts, purchase a one-of-a-kind present or dine at a unique restaurant.

Back by popular demand is the Artisans Collective, a weekly market designed to embrace local artistry that is open Thursdays-Sundays through Dec. 21. Stroll down Main Street, between University Avenue.

Thoroughbred Street : Alta Loma / Rancho Cucamonga’s holiday lights on Thoroughbred Street have provided a light show that has thrilled many Inland Empire holiday fans for years.

North of the 210 Freeway, off Sapphire Street in Alta Loma. 8287 Thoroughbred St, Alta Loma, CA 91701. Ends on Christmas Night. This is a traditional light display (not set to music) and is most certainly the most talked about Christmas light display in the Inland Empire. Expect lots of traffic on Christmas Eve. Plan accordingly if you go this way, expect lots of traffic and a decent walk from your car. Bring cash as neighbors sell hot chocolate, cookies, churros, tacos and more!

Here is a picture of the house off of Yucca Loma that lights up to music.(Between Choco & Apple Valley Rd). This house plays to music nightly from 6-10.
