Illegal Marijuana Grow House Found in Victorville; Man Arrested

VICTORVILLE, Calif. (VVNG.com)- Authorities arrested a 63-year-old Rosemead man for theft of utility services and cultivation of marijuana.

Deputies along with detectives responded to the residence located on the 14600 block of Indian Wells Road on Wednesday, January 4, 2017.

Investigators discovered the residence had been converted into a marijuana grow facility. 203 marijuana plants were located, as well as lighting systems, irrigation systems, various chemicals typically used in the marijuana growth process, and other grow equipment. Inside of the garage, an illegal electrical bypass unit was found, stated a Sheriff’s press release.

Fuchun Xuan was inside the residence and appeared to have been staying there. He was arrested and booked into the High Desert Detention Center for utility service theft and cultivation of marijuana.
