Home Break in and Fork Attack Suspect Wanted by Police

VICTORVILLE:( At approximately 7:04 a.m. Sheriff’s dispatch received a call from a female tenant of the Rodeo Drive Apartments located at 14200 Rodeo Drive in the city of Victorville.

The woman woke up and walked into her kitchen area to find black male adult in her home making something to eat.  The victim knew the homeless male from previous contact and when confronted he threw a fork at her causing injury to her eye area. Police believe the suspect gained entry to her home through the balcony.

The male was identified as, 32-year-old Jabari Buchanan, he was last seen wearing all black clothing as he fled from the scene on foot. Police are looking for the suspect for assault with a deadly weapon.
