HESPERIA, Calif. (VVNG.com)- A 56-year-old resident of Hesperia identified as Raul Rodriguez, was arrested for animal cruelty after authorities located several dead roosters at his residence.

On Tuesday, December 27, 2016 at approximately 3:30 p.m. deputies from the Rural Crimes Task Force and the Gang Division served a search warrant at an address in the 11800 block of Ninth Avenue in the City of Hesperia.
