Help Identify Robbery Suspect

The Hesperia Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance to locate and/or identify a subject regarding a robbery at a business in the 14000 block of Main Street on May 28, 2013.
The suspect, as shown in these store security photos, entered the business at about 2200 hours and demanded money. The clerk was slow in complying with the suspect at which time he went behind the counter and violently beat the victim. He then took property and fled from the location.

The suspect is described as a white male adult, between 5’6”and 5’9”, 150-160 lbs, having brown hair with a beard and mustache.sus1

Anyone with information regarding the suspect or this crime, is asked to please contact Detective Mark Smith or Sergeant Doug Hubbard at 760-947-1500.

Citizens are encouraged to contact the Sheriff’s Department or WE-TIP(1-800-87-CRIME, to report suspicious or criminal activity and can remain anonymous.
