Victorville, Calif. (VVNG.com) A child remains hospitalized after a deadly Friday night crash on April 28th that claimed a total of four lives.
The young girl Niemah age 9, is the only survivor from the vehicle that carried five occupants, which included her mother and three other siblings.
Mercedez Breda, age 33, known as Merci, and her three otherchildren Messiah, age 11, Omir, age 6 and Pryson, age 2 passed away from injuries sustained after her car veered into oncoming traffic on Air Expressway.
“Please continue to keep her daughter Niemah in your prayers as she is fighting a battle I wish on no one BUT … with God, anything is possible! [sic]” said Shari Palmer on the Fundraiser account set up for burial expenses.
“Merci use to walk everywhere for so long, she walked her kids to school, she walked to the store and finally got a car April 1st, and now she died in it,” said family member Edaja K Givens, who says she is still in a state of shock after hearing the news.
Breda moved from Georgia 2 years ago with her three children and gave birth to her fourth child at Victor Valley Medical Center.
“Our family in Georgia are overwhelmed with losing our family members in such a tragic accident,” Palmer said.
“Again, we thank you for your contribution to begin to piece together our lives as we prepare to lay our family members to rest. God Bless and PLEASE … drive safely and always always always wear your seatbelt!” Shari wrote.
