Gang Member Found in Possession of High Powered Firearms

VICTORVILLE, CA:( A 32-year-old gang member from Victorville was arrested for inflicting injury on his spouse and found to be in possession of several high-powered firearms.

On August 6, 2016, Deputy Dowdey and Deputy Arreola from the Victorville Police Department, responded to a residence in the 14700 block of Coachman Road in Victorville to investigate a reported domestic disturbance.

Deputies contacted the suspect identified as Louis Gabral Lucero and the victim, who showed signs of injury, at the residence.

When they entered the home to conduct a well check they observed a rifle protruding out from under the couch. While searching the suspect, deputies found him to be in possession of methamphetamine. A search warrant was authored and served at the residence. During the search, several more high-powered firearms were found, as well as ammunition, and high capacity magazines.

Lucero, who is a verified gang member, was arrested and booked at High Desert Detention Center.
