Four Injured in Phelan Head On Traffic Collision

PHELAN-( On Thanksgiving day four people suffered injuries following a two-vehicle head on traffic collision in the intersection of Lebec and Nielson Roads in Phelan at about 5:40 p.m. on Thursday.

The major damage collision was reported at about 5:40 P.M., and at least one party was trapped in the vehicle, requiring extrication. According to an on scene witness, the involved vehicle were a small pickup truck and a dark-colored coupe of unknown make and models.

Three other patients were transported to local hospitals by ground ambulances for treatment for minor to moderate injuries and one was transported to Victor Valley hospital to prepare to be airlifted to Loma Linda University Medical Center for more serious injuries. There is no further information at this time, information will be updated as it becomes available.
