Authorities Searching For Man Allegedly Impersonating a Police Officer

VICTORVILLE:( Authorities are searching for a suspect after allegedly impersonating to be a police officer. The suspect reportedly flashed a badge while inside the AM/PM located on the 15700 block of Roy Rogers Drive in Victorville.

According to the witness, the badge said “Victorville Police” and was written with a marker.

Per scanner traffic, the suspect is described as a Hispanic Male Adult, with sunglasses, wearing a hat, jeans and an unknown color shirt.

The suspect was last seen in a black Jeep heading over the bridge towards La Paz at approximately 1:08 P.M., on Monday, June 8, 2015.
