Apple Valley Valero Robbed by Armed Suspect on Wednesday Night

APPLE VALLEY:(VVNG.com)- The Valero gas station at the corner of Highway 18 and Apple Valley Road was robbed at gunpoint on Wednesday night.

At about 11:38 p.m. on June 22nd police responded to the business located at 17928 Wika Road in Apple Valley.

Per scanner traffic, the store clerk confronted a subject inside the business who was attempting to steal products. The subject pulled a gun on the clerk.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male adult, 18/19-years-old, wearing a white tank top, blue shorts, and brown shoes. He was last seen running on foot towards Los Domingo’s.

A suspect matching the description was detained in front of the San Bernardino County Superintendent of Schools building.
