Apple Valley man dies in single-car crash

APPLE VALLEY, Calif. (VVNG.com) Hanspeter Walh, a 63-year-old Apple Valley man was killed in a single-vehicle crash Monday night, authorities said.

Details regarding the crash were not immediately available. However, the coroner’s office confirmed the crash occurred in the area of Outer Highway 18 and Valley Drive in Apple Valley at 10:37 p.m., on October 2, 2017.

Hanspeter Walh was airlifted to a trauma center where he succumbed to his injuries, the San Bernardino County Coroners office confirmed.

The Sheriff’s Major Accident Investigation Team is investigating the collision.
